1. Greatland Gold #GGP - Farm-in to Rio Tinto's Paterson South tenure

Greatland Gold announce that the Company has entered into a farm-in and joint venture arrangement with global mining group Rio Tinto to accelerate exploration of highly prospective tenure within the Paterson Province of Western Australia located near the Company's world-class Havieron gold-copper project1.

Greatland to commence drilling in 2023 & Initial minimum commitment of A$1.1 million of expenditure and 2,000 metres of drilling before 31 December 2024.

2. Greatland Gold #GGP - Havieron Debt Funding Update

On 12 September 2022, Greatland Gold announced that it had signed a commitment letter, including a terms sheet, for A$220 million seven-year debt and associated hedging facilities with a syndicate of leading banks.

Further to this announcement, the Company is pleased to advise that it has received a Letter of Support, from the Banking Syndicate in respect of the proposed debt and associated hedging facilities which supersedes the Debt Commitment Letter.

The update saves the Company from incurring the commitment and other fees associated with the proposed A$220 million debt facilities until the Havieron Feasibility Study is finalised

3. Angus Energy #ANG - Saltfleetby Field: Production and Pricing Update

Angus Energy is pleased to announce that production at the Saltfleetby Field has reached a steady operating state from the 3 producing wells in the field, B2, A4 and the new B7T.

After a short duration plant outage, we are now exporting gas to the National Grid at a combined average daily rate of 9.5 mmscfd (million standard cubic feet,) reaching peak flows of over 10 mmscf.

On the basis of continued production at this level, known hedge prices and published market forward prices we should be generating approximately £2.5 million of revenues on average each month for winter 2023 from Saltfleetby.

4. Kistos Holdings #KIST - Full-year results for the year ended 31/12/22

On a pro forma basis, the Group production averaged 10.6 kboe/d (2021: 4.3 kboe/d), reflecting a full-year contribution from the Q10-A gas field offshore the Netherlands, and almost six months production from the Greater Laggan Area offshore the UK.

Powerhouse Energy announce that it has entered into an agreement with Noage Energy Ltd to act as a representative of PHE in Northern Ireland.

Under the Agreement Noage will work on behalf of PHE to establish a project using Powerhouse technology converting waste materials to energy. Noage has already identified a potential site and will assist PHE negotiating access to the property and obtaining the necessary permissions to construct and operate the facility.
