Setting the Bar: Leaving Early FAIL!

Calling in sick, taking PTO, asking… these are ways to take a little break from your job. Isaias didn’t do any of that. If you can manage to make it through the day without recruiting someone to rob your store so you can go home early…you’re doing ok.
