The Reconstituted Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (RJMEC) has urged South Sudanese to celebrate the various positive achievements towards peace.
RJMEC Deputy Chief of Staff Thomson Fontaine says people must count the blessings of a relatively peaceful South Sudan despite the various challenges.
He says citizens must support leaders in building the right path towards elections.
