Opening up the ribcage and chest muscles

Exercise to open up the rig cage when you spend most of the day hunched over a computer, driving or doing sports with the arms in front of you like hockey, tennis or riding. It is geat to reduce stress tension and to allow more air into the lungs. It also helps you posture to be more upright.
