They discuss Gallivan’s time in New York City working with chefs like Gordon Ramsay, as well as how he met his former business partner Seth Siegel-Gardner and moved to Houston to open The Pass & Provisions. The two also touch on the uniqueness of a pizza and crudo concept, how Elro differs from The Pass & Provisions, and how Gallivan hopes it will fit into the Houston restaurant scene.
