It's a New Day: 8-14-23 Texas Guard Sues State after Stillbirth

A prison guard who went into labor and was not allowed to get herself to a hospital in time resulting in her baby being stillborn is suing the state and a 12 year-old is detained by police as he is taking out the trash in a viral video.
