A Merseyside dad has told Radio City that his son should never have been out on the streets, free to kill.
John Richards has spoken to us just days after his son Paul pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Joe McDermott.
52 year old Joe had been trying to break up a fight in Litherland last October when Richards punched him to the ground.
