Crystal myth

"My approach to reimagining "music for sleep" was deeply inspired by the serene ambiance of the water's gentle cadence and the harmonious chorus of birds captured in the field recording. I delved into the realm of frequencies, particularly focusing on the number 120. Using a checksum of 3, I crafted delta frequencies around 3 Hz through binaural beats and isochronic tones, aiming to induce deep sleep and trance states.

"Interestingly, 120 Hz represents a lower octave of the Pythagorean tuning's B tone at 480 Hz, forming the foundation of this composition through strict mathematical relationships derived from my tuning fork recordings.

"To enhance the sonic landscape, I carefully incorporated elements such as a grounding drone from a massive TamTam gong and the brain's tuning fork. Additionally, distant voices were introduced to bridge the gap between the natural world and human experiences. The resulting track invites listeners on an awakened journey into other realms, resembling an invitation to embrace tranquility, reflecting my interpretation of "music for sleep.""
