Supra sleep

I've been suffering with insomnia for most of my life but I have figured out how to ensure that I can get a good night of sleep: no coffee after 12 noon, drink plenty of water throughout the day (except towards the end of the evening, of course), refrain from alcohol & streaming services before bed. It's almost impossible. But there's one other method that works for me: listening to the radio with the volume turned down low. I don't know why it works but I believe it stems from my childhood where I would feel safe laying in bed hearing the distant chatter of my older siblings. So, this file is a bit unusual. It's the din of a sparsely attended happy hour at a small Georgian bar which I could guarantee would put me to sleep, except I might need to delete some of the unexpected noises in the recording that cut through the mild cacophony.
