Setting the Bar: Busted Because of an EAS Test!!

Last Wednesday, everyone's cell phone blared with that emergency alert test. It interrupted meetings and lunches and startled some people… but it wasn't that a big deal since it happened to everyone. Although, it was NOT ideal for people who have a SECRET phone! If you can manage to make it through the day without getting caught with a cell phone when the nationwide EAS test went off last week, when you shouldn’t have one… you’re doing OK!
