Sister Eileen Christie: Hallstatt, Austria

Sister Eileen Christie was a 72 year old nun from New York, vacationing alone in Austria. She was reported missing in July of 2016, when her nephew hadn’t heard from her soon after she checked into a boarding home in the tourist village of Hallstatt.
An extensive police search was done and two private investigation companies were hired, but Eileen was never found. Did she start a new life? Was there an accident? Or was it something more sinister?
