Season 2, Episode 238,   Nov 22, 2023, 09:00 AM

RNIB Scotland are running monthly drop-in support sessions across Glasgow Life Libraries, where anyone can come along to access information about sight loss, RNIB services and to socialise with others with sight loss.

The sessions have been set up to help anyone with sight loss or a visual impairment, as well as their friends, family and carers. They will be running at the Gallery of Modern Art, Castlemilk and Mitchell Libraries.

Connor Joseph, Community Connection Coordinator for RNIB Scotland gives RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey an overview on what the monthly drop-in support sessions are all about, who they are for and what sort of support, advice and information people will find and receive at these new monthly RNIB Scotland Drop-In Support Sessions held at a number of the Glasgow Life Libraries.

The RNIB Scotland Drop In support session dates at the Glasgow Life libraries are as follows:

GoMA Library, second  Wednesday of each month from 11am - 1pm

Castlemilk Library, Third Tuesday of each month from 11am - 1pm

Mitchell Library, Last Thursday of each month from 11am – 1pm
