The Big Lottery Fund in England is investing up to £200 million in 100 – 150 urban and rural neighbourhoods that have been overlooked for funding. The funding is being invested as a charitable endowment with at least £1m allocated to each community to be spent over 10 years. An independent organisation called Local Trust has been set up to help local areas decide how to spend their allocations.

George is a resident of Kingswood in southern Corby which recently received Big Local Funding. He attended a one day social media workshop and in this interview with sounddelivery's Jude Habib explained how social media could create conversations and discussions within the community.
