Ducks, Deer and Land

Episode 159,   Jan 17, 08:00 AM

Hunter Hindman is back! Jin Hunter and Co-host Bill Cooper as they relive hunts from this fall including exciting duck hunts from the north and middle zones of Missouri. And Hunter describes taking his first ever specklebelly goose, better known as ribeye in the sky.

Then it’s on to mallards, gadwall and pointails. Plans are to chase snow geese and Canadas in the south zone before goose season closes at the end of the month. Cooper will be off to Reelfoot Lake in Tennessee soon to participate in an episode of Legends of the Outdoors TV.

Deer season was a boon for Hunter and a bust for Bill. They discuss hunter success in Missouri, continued efforts by MDC to reduce the CWD problem in Missouri’s deer herd. As well as the upcoming retirement of MDC Director Sarah Parker Pauley. Everyone at Living the Dream Outdoor Properties wishes her well.

In the second half of the podcast Hunter brings us up to date on the latest trend in land sales. Sales are still good and Hunter encourages everyone to buy or sell now, while trends are still strong.

It’s a great show and we hope you are living your dreams!
