Conversations with Oscar: Barbie

Hi Barbie! Who would have thought that a Barbie movie would be one of the best movies of the year and also Oscar Nominated? Greta Gerwig made sure that all of our preconceived notions on what a Barbie movie could be were completely wrong. She brought to life a moving story about what it means to be a woman today. Every word, performance, and detail was handled with such thought and care it is no surprise that it was nominated for Best Picture.
