Setting the Bar: Fake Alligators?!?

Multiple people in Mesa, Arizona called 911 the other day to report ALLIGATORS swimming around a lake in a city park. Why would this be a Setting the Bar story? Well, if you can manage to make it through the day without adding fake alligators and hippos to a lake that look so real it freaks out the community… you’re doing OK!
