When you’re a hotel, you want to offer your guests a good night’s sleep, maybe some good dining options, and amenities. But what you shouldn’t do is try and pass off something you could buy in a grocery store as your own. If you can manage to make it through the day without buying frozen pasta dinner from Trader Joe’s and trying to pass it off as your own chef’s creation… you’re doing OK!
