International Wheelchair Day: An accessible environment for all in South Sudan

It's International Wheelchair Day. The day is important for millions of wheelchair users around the world because their lives would be very difficult without wheelchairs. This day provides an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the achievements and contributions of wheelchair users to the society and emphasize and embrace an accessible environment.
