Radio St. Pete INSIDER news director Nanette Wiser caught up the woman behind downtown’s remarkable Foodies Labs. Located in the Warehouse Arts District on the ArtsXChange campus, there are resources for culinary entrepreneurs and delicious vendors for pick up or delivery offering an array of menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night munchies. Here you’ll find A Good Human, Bagel Babe Co., Cybel French Moroccan Fusion, Peanut Butter Rush (Kristein’s grandmother’s peanut butter pie!) and Mikey’s Shaners Surf and Turf. On March 21 there is a pasta making and tasting and on March 29 from 5-8pm, a Culinary Night Market that will occur monthly. https://thefoodielabs.com
Foodie Labs sponsors special culinary events, as well as offering our space for your own special event. For the foodie entrepreneur, there are six ghost kitchens, two bake stations, a professional demonstration kitchen, event space, and two shared kitchen spaces. The Foodie Labs also provides a three tier mentoring and marketing program for aspiring chefs, food trucks, caterers or any entrepreneur getting started in the food business.
