  •  May I be healthy and strong: Send out thoughts of wellness and vitality to yourself, nurturing your body and mind with loving-kindness.
  •  May I be filled with love and compassion: Cultivate feelings of love and compassion towards yourself, embracing your flaws and imperfections with kindness.
  •  May I live with ease and grace: Wish for yourself a life free from stress and struggle, where you navigate challenges with grace and ease.
  •  May I be safe and protected: Surround yourself with thoughts of safety and security, knowing that you are always supported and cared for.
  •  May I be free from suffering and pain: Send out wishes for healing and relief from any physical or emotional pain you may be experiencing.
  •  May I forgive myself and others: Practice forgiveness by letting go of any resentment or anger towards yourself or others, freeing yourself from the weight of the past.
