The Coast Guard Diversity, Equity and Inclusion office within the USCG Auxiliary publishes a new article every month about honoring specific groups and cultures. March was about Advocating for Women. They recognize that teams consisting of diverse individuals who have the resources and a voice can be successful. That’s what diversity, equity, and Inclusion is all about. This is one way they strive to highlight that initiative.
