Paws on the Wharf - Guide Dog Sculpture Trail

Put your best foot or paw forward and get ready for an unmissable free art trail with ‘Paws on the Wharf’ the Guide Dogs sculpture trail around Canary Wharf and the surrounding Tower Hamlets area of London which runs until 17 May 2024.

‘Paws on the Wharf’ has brought a collection of larger-than-life guide dog sculptures to Canary Wharf, each individually decorated by talented artists in vibrant designs including five blind and partially sighted Artists.

Straight On by Angela Charles
Hope and Resilience by Kevin Gavaghan,
A Tangle with Colour by Alex Devlin.

‘Paws on the Wharf’ has been made accessible through large print and Braille guides, use of the NaviLens technology to help with orientation and access along with QR codes to trigger audio plus guided sensory tours too.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey was joined by Selina Fairclough, Guide Dog’s art trail manager to find out more about ‘Paws on the Wharf’.
