‘Beau and Carl conclude their chat about the life and times of Napoleon Bonaparte. In this final episode the Corsican Ogre escapes from his exile on the isle of Elba, raises a new army, triumphantly enters Paris which has been abandoned by the restored Bourbon kings, confronts the allied army under the Duke of Wellington, and suffers his final defeat on the field of Waterloo. He is sent to the ultra-remote island of St Helena in the south Atlantic, from where he would never return.
