Jordan Beck Called Up By Rockies | BA Prospect Profiles

Apr 30, 08:55 PM

The Rockies’ No. 3 prospect was called up by the team on Monday and the outfielder is set to make his MLB debut on Tuesday against the Marlins in Miami.

Beck has hit .307/.405/.594 with five home runs over 25 games with Triple-A Albuquerque, while dramatically cutting his year over year strikeout rate. At the time of his callup, Beck ranked in the top 10 in the Pacific Coast League in a variety of statistics including runs, RBIs and OPS. The former Tennessee star and 2022 supplemental first-round pick provides the Rockies with a plus power bat with strong on-base skills and the athleticism to handle all three outfield positions.
