US Special Envoy to the Horn of Africa Michael Hammer says the USA maintains its fundaental priorities for South Sudan which are anchored on peace, human rights and a democratic transition.
Hammer urged South Sudan leaders to live to their responsibilities and he appealed to non-signatory groups to use the opportunity to demonstrate that they are committed to peace.
