President Salva Kiir speaks at the High Level Mediation Talks for South Sudan

In his address at the launch of the Nairobi high level mediation talks with houldout groups, President Kiir paid tribute to the Rome peace process mediators for laying a firm foundation to current negotiations. 
He told delegates that his negotiators have a conviction for stability in South Sudan, and they will be deliberating in good faith and open mindedness.
