Russell Crowe and Ridley Scott get deep down and dusty in 2000’s Gladiator, reinvigorating the swords-sandals flick and making Rusty a bona fide star in the process.
This is Joe’s favourite film and he’ll never forget it; Adam saw it at the time and can’t remember a thing about it. All Joe wants to know is: does Adam like it now? They chat why/how Crowe became a bit of a joke, ponder sprawl, and debate whether Joaquin ‘has it’ in this film.
