Raise your vibration! (The negative impact of alcohol)

Episode 287,   May 24, 11:16 AM

Alcohol lowers our vibration and hinders our spiritual connection. How can we raise our vibration and focus on better physical and mental health underpinned by choosing to be sober

Janey chats about the impact of alcohol on our health and wellbeing and our spirituality  Everything in the universe, including our thoughts and emotions, operates at specific frequencies. Matching our frequency means aligning our energy with the frequency of what we desire, allowing us to attract those things into our lives.
Alcohol lowers our vibration and hinders our spiritual connection.

The Law of Attraction: states that like attracts like. Positive thoughts and high vibrations attract positive outcomes and opportunities. Conversely, negative thoughts and low vibrations attract more negativity and challenges.

The Impact of Negative Thoughts and Lower Frequencies Negative thoughts and emotions emit a lower frequency, which attracts similar low-frequency experiences. This creates a cycle where negativity begets more negativity, making it difficult to break free and raise your vibration. Prolonged negative thinking can lead to stress, anxiety, and physical health issues. It diminishes our energy levels, making it harder to maintain a positive outlook and pursue our goals.

Choosing to Be Alcohol-Free to Elevate Your Vibration
Alcohol acts as a depressant, lowering our frequency and impairing our ability to think clearly and positively. It disrupts our mental and physical health, leading to energy drains and mood swings.
