The Haunted Stimson Hospital, Part Two | Grave Talks CLASSIC

Jul 30, 03:00 PM

This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE!

In 1870, construction began on a private mansion in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, that would later become the Stimson Hospital.

Harriet Chapman purchased the home in 1917 and turned it into a hospital. She brought in two doctors, Drs. Stimson and Blanchard, to help run it. Over 3,000 children were born within its walls, and countless others died there—including all three of the hospital’s founders. Dr. Blanchard fell to his death in the hospital’s elevator shaft. And it seems all three founders never left.

There are reports of strange noises coming from the basement, objects moving by themselves, and disembodied voices. Children who have lived there speak of an 'imaginary friend.' The odd thing is that all the children mentioned the same name of this 'imaginary' man: Blanchard.

This is Part Two of our conversation about the haunted Stimson Hospital with owner Chris Sturgill.
