#94 Should You Refocus Your Vision?

After 10+ years of being in business, the one thing I've learnt to be the most important is having a clear vision. There's no point in doing anything unless you know the WHY it matters and what you truly want.

Trust me, early on in my career my drive was more about escaping an unfulfilling job rather than following a well-defined plan and I couldn't understand why those negatives feelings weren't going anywhere. Of course they weren't! I had no idea what I actually wanted my life to look like.

It's absolutely crucial for all of us to *regularly* reassess our visions and ensure they still resonate with our current circumstances and desires. After all, business success isn't just about making a ton of money, it's about making sure our lives and careers are ones we feel content and fulfilled by.
