Rosie cut her teeth in the hospitality industry from a young age, waitressing tables and working her way up to management. She lived in London and worked for a prestigious restaurant group for years, running and opening various locations. With itchy feet and a trip to Greece, she decided it was time for a change and found herself looking at the yachting industry.
This episode delves into what makes the industry special and how, although she had plenty of on-land experience, she got into yachting later in life than the rest of the crew she worked with but continued to work her way up the ranks like everyone else.
