Fear is something that is useful when it comes to keeping us from danger. But when gone unchecked, it becomes immobilizing. If fear goes unchecked, it will become strongholds. A stronghold is a fortress and some of us have been behind our fortress for so long that we don’t recognize that we have become imprisoned by them.

If fear goes unchecked, they will become strongholds.
