The Crimes of David Spanbauer

David Spanbauer was the type of serial killer and rapist that was never going to stop until he got caught. The unfortunate reality is that he had been caught after his first crimes, he had been sentenced to decades in prison... and yet he was released to continue to spread his horror where he makes up for lost time. David's crimes led to a  change in laws we just wish it hadn't been at the expense of innocent lives.
