Ice Cream Doesn't Have A Scent... Until Now

We have been alerted to the existence of edible fragrance to spray on your ice cream before you eat it, so naturally, we are doing a spray-and-tell episode for you.

Did you know that ice cream does not have a scent? Neither did we. Well someone decided to do something about it, I guess, and here we are. Salt & Straw, premium ice creamery hailing from Portland, OR has teamed up with premium fragrance makers Imaginary Authors (also from Portland) to make edible fragrances you can spray on your ice cream to enhance the experience of your pint plundering. We tried to mute as much of the mouth sounds as possible in this experiential episode but we had to give you a live taste-smell sesh for the occasion.
