Summer officially drops today, and it's party girl season and thusly the party girl scents will soon fill the atmosphere in a cloud of girl-smell, boy-smell, and them-smell. It's the season of really going for it and putting that atomizer through its paces. What IS a party girl scent, you ask? Not a simple answer, but you'll know it when you smell it. We certainly do.
