TV Chef Phil Vickery in the Falklands

TV Chef Phil Vickery has been visiting the Falklands to sample some of the islands unique produce. Nigel Rennie spoke to Phil while he was preparing a barbecue of local lamb and fish outside the Visitor Centre in Stanley and asked what was the main purpose of the visit.
