Do you believe your voice matters? The most significant barrier to becoming someone God can use to speak His Word to the blessing of many is not a lack of experience or a paucity of technique.  The highest hurdle to overcome is believing that your voice matters. Therefore, before we encounter our first tip, I want to say a few words about the value of your voice.
