Dr. MacNeil specializes in conflict management, family mediator, and a communication consultant. She received her Ph.D. at University of Connecticut in specialization in conflict management. Dr. Macneil works as a family mediator; she’s certified as a divorce or family mediator. She’s worked as a mediator in other matters such as: discrimination cases, small claims, etc. Theresa is also a business owner of TMK Training. TMK Training specializes in corporate training in leadership, communication, and beyond. All the trainers have advanced degrees in business, leadership, or communication areas. Dr. MacNeil is very passionate about helping people and businesses develop more effective communication and leadership skills, which will increase their growth, potential, and productivity.
