The case we have for you today is our most personal case to date. It's the case of Natasha "Alex" Carter. She went missing on August 8th, 2000. For 21 years, her case was as cold as a West Virginia winter. In 2021, the FBI reopened her case, and in October of 2023, Larry Webb was charged with first-degree murder.
