Ingredients:
- 1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale
- 1 ½ cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 ½ cups frozen mix of berries, I have blueberries and strawberries (but can also use mango, pineapple, kiwi, orange)
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- ½ lemon juiced
Method:
1. Blend your milk and spinach and kale for a long time, to get a smooth texture
2. Add berries, juice of lemon and ginger and blend again
3. Enjoy!
Notes: If too thick, you can add a tablespoon of milk at a time to loosen up. If using fresh fruit, use only 1 cup of milk and add 3-4 ice cubs.
