Greater Manchester Police have recently introduces what’s called the VIP Protocol, which aims to help blind and partially sighted people to identify that it is indeed a police officer that has turned up at their house once they requested for this to happen. But how does it work? Hubert spoke to RNIB’s Terri Balon and Kerry Smith from the Greater Manchester Police to get more information.
