Steve Hynes is the Director of Legal Action Group, a national charity which represents the interests of the public, particularly the vulnerable and socially excluded, in improving legal services, the law and the administration of justice. When Steven spoke to Jude Habib from sounddelivery he emphasised the need for these services explaining that, “£1.00 of timely advice saves the government £10.00 of state expenditure further down the line”.
