Joseph Smedley was a 20-year-old Indiana University student with a bright future, a curious mind, and a love for science. But in September 2015, he vanished without a trace — only to be found days later in a nearby lake, his death ruled a suicide. Yet, nothing about Joseph’s case adds up. Was it truly suicide? Or did something more sinister happen?
