Germany and Switzerland arrest 3 over suspected plans to send explosive parcels to Ukraine

AP correspondent Charles de Ledesma reports three Ukrainian nationals have been arrested in Germany and Switzerland on suspicion of agreeing to send explosive devices from Germany to Ukraine.
