The violent, misogynistic giant, Keith Jesperson, signed his confession letters with a single smiley face to brand his brutal serial killings and taunt law enforcement agencies. He stood at 6' 6" and weighed 250 lbs— eager to use his size to overpower and control his victims. For 5 years, he murdered at least 8 women, possibly more. With each killing, he grew more confident, but his arrogance ultimately led to his capture.
