From Ipswich Borough Council, John Stebbings tells Nick Pandolfi where HOT SPOTS of entertainment are to be found for the #Torchrelay The Ipswich entertainment 'hotspots' including; The Old Customs House, Jerwood DanceHouse, Cromwell Square, Cornhill and the lower part of Christchurch Park, outside of the evening celebration site itself.
