Today’s guest is marketing and communications veteran Jessica Marshall. As CMO at CRC, Jessica knows recruitment and marketing are inextricably linked. She believes sharing great content is key to letting potential recruits see what they’re missing out on, from videos showcasing the incredible atmosphere at global events to the CRC podcast with its humorous take. Jessica is also passionate about educating students as soon as they start high school – if they know about insurance, they’ll choose insurance.​
