Welcome to Episode 9 of THE CLASSICAL SCENE with Dr. Victor Minke Huls, Associate Principal Cellist of The Florida Orchestra. Today’s guest is Daniel Urbanowicz, specialist of the rare viola d’amore. 

Daniel Urbanowicz is the founder and artistic director of St. Pete Baroque, a concert series that began in 2021 and brings period music to Tampa Bay on period instruments. Their upcoming concert celebrates “The Baroque Flute,” and features local and guest artists, playing the music of Vivaldi, Telemann, Couperin, and more! Dan also played viola in The Florida Orchestra, Sarasota Orchestra, and Augusta Symphony.
