Chris and his wife, Stephanie, are lifelong friends of Huntsville native and Mo’Bay founder, Jaclyn Robinson. In 2023, they made the prayerful decision to join Jaclyn’s vision to #MakeAmericaSweeter, one city at a time, by opening their own Mo’Bay & Bay Town location right here in Huntsville.

Located at 1981 Jeff Road, their store is more than just beignets and burgers—it’s a project built from the ground up with heart, soul, and a deep commitment to community. Their passion reflects the very mission that’s at the core of Mo’Bay Beignet Co. & Bay Town Burger Co.
