A Pennsylvania man who shot, killed and decapitated his father, later displaying the severed head online in a live stream, is on trial for the murder. Justin Mohn was accused of killing his father and calling for others to help him try to overthrow the U.S. government. Mohn faces charges of murder, abuse of a corpse, terrorism related crimes and other offenses for the January 2024 killing of his father, who he described as a "traitor".
